Cats and Dogs

It might seem like I am a bit pug-obsessed and that would be true!

So you would think I would have a pug, right? Well, the truth is my pug Cindy Sue died two years ago and because I’m so darned busy with a 9-5 job and my artwork, I haven’t gotten another pug (just yet).

Cindy was just amazing, my best buddy and the sweetest, most sensitive soul around. I still miss her like crazy.

And speaking of crazy, we now have Buster the cat and he is a bit out there! We rescued him a year ago and I can’t say he’s MY cat as he is really my husband David’s pet. He follows David around like a puppy and is quite annoyed if David goes away for any length of time – LOL

This post is for you Constance! I know you think there is a puggie out there somewhere – LOL

But only in my dreams : - )

Hey, I did think you had a puggie! So SAD you lost your Cindy Sue!! Don't you love animals? I like them more than people. I do! The hardest part is saying goodbye!;-(........... It was SO hard on me to loose my dog Gretchen and my cat Simone. I'm still not over it. By the way Simone liked my husband too. And he was MY cat! But it made me happy to see the side Simone brought out in him.

I must say Buster is a handsome devil, especially in his regalia. And my guess? He's king of Pandora's Parlor.

PS I'm not physic or anything, but I see a sweet little pugster in your future!

Hi Neighbor!

I found you through Michelle's blog and saw that mentioned Lisa's paper doll class and Santa Monica... I live just a few miles from there in L.A. (recently moved). I love San Juan Capistrano... it's so gorgeous there.

Just wanted to say hello and I'll be back. :)

Constance might be psychic you know. I bet she is.
I'm so sorry about Cindy Sue. What a cute name. I know the pain of losing those beloved pets. I still mourn my two precious cocker spaniels Maggie and Daphne. We loved those dogs as much as our children. You just never, ever get over it.
