All Souls Night

Well, the Lake Forest ghost hunters came to my house Saturday night and spent 4 1/2 hours doing a very thorough investigation. Nancy and I were very impressed with their professionalism and also their sense of humor made the experience a fun one. I think it was a quiet night for the ghosts though, but we'll have to wait until they review all of the evidence they recorded before we know their findings.

On a very sad note, my husband David's brother Jay died Saturday night in Pennsylvania. He was only 41 and he was a wonderful guy and we will miss him very much. Nancy and I canceled our Sunday class with Lisa Guerin so I could be there for David. It is a sad time, but we are trying to be positive and look hopefully to the future.

Art gives me hope so I have signed up for a different Lisa Guerin class for next weekend. This one will be a Sweetpeas and Snapshots in Santa Monica. I grew up in nearby Mar Vista, so it will be fun to go to my old stomping grounds there. If you are in the area, be sure to come to this class, it looks like it will be really fun and magical.
