Happy Friday Everyone

Here are some fun things for you. My good friend Tink makes these amazing Third Eye pendants. You have to SEE these to believe them! The eyes are so realistic, they look like they are watching you. Perfect for this magical time of year!

She sells them on her website, Tinkerswitchcrafts and on Etsy along with her other great artwork.

And here's a fun collage I did of my old pet Ringo. He was our first dog in the 1960s and was named not only for his ring shaped tail, but also for Ringo of the Beatles - LOL We will always love you Ringo!

All Hallow's Eve Approaches!

And to get in that Halloween mood, I have some pictures of my favorite shop, Gothic Rose Antiques! The owner, Crystal, just moved her treasures to a new store in Placerville, California. I will need to take a road trip up north so I can see it all in person!

Crystal is the queen of the macabre and a super nice person besides. I have several of her things in my house and studio - one of which is my antique coffin!

If you are ever in the Placerville area, be sure to stop by her shop - it is a feast for the eye and imagination! And of course you can keep up with her unique finds online at her website, Gothic Rose Antiques. And don't miss seeing Crystal at Halloween and Vine this weekend!! Unpleasant dreams!

Almost Ready for Pugtoberfest!

I've been frantically working away in the studio, getting ready for the October 6th Pugtoberfest. I hear there are going to be more than 800 people (and pugs!) attending. I am getting my booth ready and am going to use several of my favorite dolls to display my jewelry on. They look like they are excited to be going!

I will have more than 200 of my vintage style pug pendants at my booth, along with some really fun charm bracelets with vintage buttons on them.

I can't wait to see all the pugs and hopefully get a few kisses from them : - )
Well, tomorrow is my birthday and I plan on making a fun paper crown for one of my dolls for the Pugtoberfest booth. What better way to celebrate than by doing something fun in the studio!
